1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website of Basimora or engaging us for software development services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must cease using this site immediately.

2. Services Rendered

Basimora provides website development, Android & iOS mobile app development, admin dashboards, custom software engineering, and AI automation. Deliverables, sprint timelines, and project budgets will be specified in separate, written agreements signed by both parties.

3. IP & Code Ownership

Upon full payment of all invoices for a custom project, ownership of the source code, custom layouts, design mockups, and database structures transfers entirely to the client. Basimora retains the right to display design portfolios and code methodologies for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in a separate NDA.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely feedback, assets, logo graphics, server/domain access, and content requirements to prevent project sprint delays. Basimora is not responsible for delays caused by client omissions or third-party API service failures (e.g. payment processors, maps APIs).

5. Warranties & Support

We warrant that our software will perform substantially in accordance with the specifications approved during requirements discussion. Post-delivery, all packages include a free support window (ranging from 1 to 6 months) to resolve bug reports. Extended support requires a separate maintenance subscription.
